The light in the space is barely adequate. We need to scare up more florescent lighting fixtures from craigslist as cheap as possible. There are two light switches next to the garage door, one only controls the amber emergency light in the ceiling. We should repurpose this switch to enable more real lighting. Then we can have a switch for lights in the workshop and a separate switch for lights in the office/clean room.

[edit] Air Conditioning

By the numbers it looks like we need a 100k BTU AC unit (8 tons) to cool the entire space. Since that is getting pretty pricey, we might consider just cooling the office/clean room areas. This would get us down to potentially a 4 ton AC unit. More info on AC sizing here.
