Bloominglabs is a community of makers, hackers, and DIY-ers who maintain a shared workshop, share skills, and collaborate. The space itself allows us to pursue projects we might not have the space and equipment for at home, and the members help keep it up. We also run various workshops and events to help one another and the wider community learn new skills.
Bloominglabs is open to the Public every Wednesday from 7–10PM. Come join our community and use our tools!
Show up Wednesday evening and use our space for free. All ages are welcome. You will need to fill out a liability waiver at your first visit. Under 18: a parent or guardian signs the waiver, and an adult stays with them.

Welding
Bloominglabs is Indiana’s first hackerspace: a shared workshop for woodworking, electronics, welding, sewing, 3D printing, software, and whatever else members drag through the door.
Members get 24/7 access to the space and tools, a vote in organizational decisions, and can bring guests or host events.
To join, first come to at least three public nights or workshops. Then, find a member willing to sponsor you and fill out the membership form. Voting takes about a week, after which you pay your first dues of $80.
Email contact@bloominglabs.org with questions or ask for a Slack invite if the button below doesn't work. Slack is where day-to-day shop talk happens.
We’re a 501(c)(3) and we welcome monetary and hardware donations. Donations help us contribute to the community, host workshops, and stay open to the public.
