* The AC is set to ~70°f and energy saver mode, if summer. |

* The thermostat is set to 60°f, if winter. |
|||
* That the laser/fan is powered off; and the vent is closed. |

* And that you turn the lights off. |

* And that whatever door you leave through locks behind you. |
